In our work together, we’ll first focus on helping you to discover who you really are, underneath the armor you wear to protect or hide yourself from others.

 

You’ll practice showing more and more of your true self in therapy to experience what it is like to be deeply seen, known, accepted and feel more whole within yourself. 

 

This will allow you to begin to practice sharing more of your true self-outside of session, with people we’ve identified as more safe

 

Overtime, these repeated exposures to genuine connection begin to heal the deep pain of previous losses and abandonments, teaching you that you CAN be loved, and people CAN stay in your life.
