In our work together, we’ll first focus on identifying your unaccomplished dreams, regardless of how far off they might seem and turn them into precise goals.

 

We’ll prioritize these future accomplishments and create steps for the ones you want to reach, first. We can tackle others, after.

 

We’ll work on staying focused and motivated. We’ll develop coping skills and problem solving for obstacles that come up or things that are keeping you stuck. This will allow you to begin to feel more hopeful and determined as you see yourself move towards your goals.

 

Overtime, as your achievements are realized, the frustration of previous struggles to follow a track or create a plan and stick to it, can fade and no longer drag you down. You will see that your dreams can become a reality.
